She
stood in front of the window facing me. It was night, but there was a
dark glow that seemed to surround her because I could see her
clearly. She had an ethereal sort of presence, but it wasn't
beautiful and awe-worthy; it was eerie and thin. Her long, straight,
white-blond hair framed her face. She looked out of place... I tried
talking with her, tried to get her to move but she wouldn't respond.
I had decided I wasn't afraid, but that conviction was slowly leaving
me. And now as I remember, I think she was dead.
(I know, I wrote this awhile ago, but if I want to even attempt to catch up I have to write 15 drabbles. 15! so I'm cheating and posting one I wrote awhile ago. :)

5.6.12 Surrealism
It’s a world
of false impressions. Nothing here is real.
I reach out to touch you. But
you vanish in a flash.
Every
doorway turns to walls; every dream is just a nightmare.
I dreamed of you last night.
The sun is shining
but the world is dark. The sky is red and
black.
You cut the rose and killed it…
The circles
have sharp edges. The roots of trees
hang the bodies of the martyrs.
…it’s
blood has stained my heart.
Illusions,
yes. Illusions? Don’t let them take my soul.
Are you real?
Please.
Don’t leave me here alone.

5.5.12 A Near Life Experience
I am naught but a stone.
A pebble really. Too small to be
noticed, too big to be played with. I
watch all the big rocks, they are boats and homes and spaceships. And the little ones are berries and soup bits
and weapons. But I’m not.
What am I?
I want to be noticed.
I want to be found. To be
imagined with and created.
I
want to live.
They almost found me yesterday. Almost took me to play. But they reached out and took another. They missed me.
I had a chance.
Yeah, I almost got to live.

5.29.11-good morning
Traveling through the surreal and strange land of dreams, I attend parties, fight wars, observe weddings and executions, visit buildings and beautiful woods. People are not who they were and there is no reason to time. All the sudden a bird chirps and my sense awaken-calculating the time. Slowly the characters and places I had been traveling fade and I embark on a strange journey. There is no definite moment when the dream becomes a disintegrating memory and the world becomes reality again, but somehow my mind awakens and I remember time, somehow my eyes open and I
wake up.
wake up.
