audacious

(What do you want from God?)

In a word? Answers.
I have faith, but I also have questions.
Can predestination and freewill coexist?
If God knows all our days than does what we do really matter?
How did two people populate the whole earth?
Why did God send the flood? Did humans get evil faster than he thought?
How did all the animals fit on the ark?
How do science faith and history interact? Can they?
It is all so otherworldly—so beyond my human capacity to understand.
I may never get all the answers. But I choose to believe.

5.25.12 Spilling the Truth

I’mma little squirrel.  I’mma little drunk.
Imma singing a little song about eating acorns… and a chipmunk.

Mmmmmmm mmm chimpmunk.

And while I’m at it, there’s some.. uh… things…
I think my cousin is fat.  Too many acorns.  I think my cousin is selfish, doesn’t share his acorns.  My cousin is mean.  Eats all my acorns.  My cousin is chubby.  Too many acorns… acorns and acornsacornsacorns. My cousin is mad.  Thinks he needs more acorns.   I’m just gonna say that I’m never ever ever….
OH!!  A flying pig!!!  (purple sparkly green)
And my cousin.  Yeah.  He ate my favorite chipmunk.
