The Conquered, Part 2: History and Blood

My people were a proud race of warriors.  Everyone feared us.  Even you.  It was fear that caused you to break our alliance, to attack us by deceit.  You were too cowardly to challenge us in open battle.  You slaughtered my family, executed every last one of my people.  Not one of them – not a single woman or child – wept or begged for mercy.  But I hear them.  Their blood cries out to me, cries out for vengeance.  And I will not fail them.

The most dangerous enemy is the one without anything left to lose.

You will remember fear.
