“Hey! Excuse me!”

“What are you doing here?”

“I need to talk to you.”

“No one’s supposed to know where I live.  This is bad….”

“I’m not gonna turn you in.  I need more.”

“I sold you some.  Get out.”

“You don’t understand.  Everyone’s sick.  My mom, my brothers
            and sisters, grandma.  I can’t handle it anymore.”

“You know this stuff doesn’t take away sickness, right?”

“Yeah, but it helps you deal.  Takes away the pain, right?”

“A little.”

“Then gimme some. I’ve got cash.”

“Eh, I’m all out.”

“I see some right there.”
