5.2.11-lifeless
She was numb. Numb with sadness too deep for tears, too painful to comprehend. He was so still. So little and lifeless. She was supposed to be laughing at his gurgles and pleased to hold him when he cried. She was supposed to be holding the warm little baby she had carried.
For five short months.
But instead she lost every hope for joy and wished she could die. Instead she held a little lifeless infant. Her little lifeless boy. Dead. All her dreams for him died the moment he was silent.
He never even had a chance to live.
